Caption: Last year, I had an itty-bitty locker way out in building 9. It didn't hold half my stuff, and it took forever to hike there. I even broke a heel once - and I got rained on! This year, I dropped my phone in the toilet, got drenched by a gummed-up drinking fountain in hall C, snagged my skirt on a desk in math and dealt with barfy smells and an idiot lab partner in biology. Oh, and I also got the runs from something in the cafet - Tiffany! You're supposed to report a war veteran's experience - For Veteran's Day! Honor a veteran. High school is war.

Caption: Ask Sadie! I just read an article where Daisy Ridley said J.J. Abrams wrote drafts for Episode VIII and Episode IX. And then Rian Johnson THREW THAT OUT and went a whole different direction. This makes me lose all faith in Star Wars. Am I overreacting? **Actual reader question. Excellent question. This reminds me of the time I saw Gone with the Wind on opening day. I was the invited guest of an elderly veteran of the Civil War. He couldn't stop yammering about how seceding from the union didn't exactly go as planned. So I said to him I thought you were the Union! And I got up and walked out. Which was just as well, because in retrospect I'm sur ehe was trying to become my sugar daddy. And what was the question again? Ask Sadie. Almost answering questions since 1920-something. Send questions to asksadieshow@gmail.com.

Caption: Hello young, low-income, or minority voter. Don't forget to vote this Saturday. You mean TUESDAY. And remember, if you're a student and your parents claimed you as a dependent, you're ineligible to vote… Huh? That's a lie. …And if you do vote, you'll lose your financial aid and health insurance. You're crazy. If you haven't paid your taxes and you vote, you'll be audited. Ok, that's it. Get lost. SLAM! If you have a Spanish surname and you try to vote, you might be deported to Cuba. Millions of minorities, elderly, poor, and injured veterans have been accidentally electrocuted by voting machines. ...Just sayin'. I'M NOT LISTENING!

Caption: Calendar Co. Holiday Schedule. There's two American holidays honoring the military, one in May and one in November. You'd think that at least one would be in March.
