The auto repair shop that fixed our bumper sent us an email asking us to rate their service. There are 20 questions they want us to answer, and then they want us to write comments about our experience. So, what should we write about their service? Say it was just fine until they started giving us homework assignments.
I bought a sewing machine fifteen years ago, but it never worked right. So I put it in storage and forgot about it. Finally last month I decided to take it to the repair shop. The repair guy looked at it for a minute and found out what was wrong. Oh, good. It turned out the needle was dull. All it needed was a new one. So it works now? Oh, I have no idea. I'll let you know if I ever get around to buying a new needle.
