Caption: Whachoo gon' do for Thanksgiving, Big L? Visit momma. Lionel's almost three, and she hasn't seen him in months. She's going to be so surprised when I show up with my boy, a turkey dinner and flowers. She ain't know you comin'? What if she ain't there? Well, then me missing Thanksgiving would be HER fault ... and the only logical thing for Lionel and me to do would be to camp out at the theater and wait 'till "Star Wars" opens. Caption: "Planet of the Apes" isn't nearly as subversive as it seems to be. Huh? My first thought was "Amazing how they get me to sympathize with the apes more than I do with the humans." But then I realized, the apes are anthropomorphized. They were basically just hairy humans. Sorry, but if I were the theater, I wouldn't have given you your money back for that either. I thought it was a well-constructed complaint.

Caption: What's wrong? I thought you loved the "Star Trek" movie. That's the problem. I grew up on "Star Trek" reruns. I never thought some remake could be even better than what I saw when I was a kid. Don't you see? If they could replace my childhood icons so easily, they... Dear God, do you know what this means? Nothing at all. Exactly. My childhood is obsolete and someday I'm going to die.

That's… It's a future where no one discriminates against you or takes away your rights if you're different from them. Pass the nachos and the adult diapers. ...And where you get to blow up alien freaks.

Caption: Hello? Hi, I'm calling from Disney's El Capitan Theater to see if you received the mail we sent you. How did you get this number? Did you get our beautiful full-color flyer announcing the Race to Witch Mountain? Which mountain is that? No, the movie, Race to Witch Mountain. I don't know, you're the one who called me: You tell me which mountain. Um... Do you have a grandson or granddaughter I can talk to, sir? They're dead. Zoo accident. Feathers... Screaming... I don't like to talk about it. I'm sorry, sir. So did you get our beautiful full-color brochure about Race to Witch Mountain? Yes, and I'm glad you called, 'cause I have some questions that I think only you can answer. I'd be very happy to, sir! Where do you guys get your hot dogs? 'Cause they're the best hot dogs I've ever had in my whole life. Also, are you seriously calling to ask whether I got the junk mail you sent? When did THAT start? Lastly, how did you get this number? ... This all doesn't seem weird to you? Take me off your phone list. If you have any questions about Race to Witch Mountain or would like to order tickets, feel free to call the number in your brochure. Is there a number for hot dogs? I do really like those. Click.
