For the past 40 years, politically-motivated violence in America - against lawmakers, ministers, radio hosts, gays, doctors, you name it … has been mostly one-sided! We can't address the problem if SHE keeps making false equivalencies. It's like a doctor saying "Why should we remove your tumor? You also have a bunion." Ok ... it HAS been one-sided. ... Caption: It started with my mother. She said "You can be anything you want to be." So I decided to be an elephant. My mother was very supportive, took me to the zoo every day to study. But then when I got to kindergarten, the teacher told me it wasn't possible for me to be an elephant. And that's when your mother decided to home-school you. Turns out being an elephant isn't a very marketable skill.

Or did you patronizingly think you knew her better than she knew herself … … and wasted months of your life trying to convince her she was wrong about who she is? And did you realize that if she WAS wrong about who she is, that meant she didn't truly know herself? Dear God! THAT'S why I wanted her so much! Because she DIDN'T know herself! That way, I could shape her into the companion I wanted her to be! I'M CURED! Not yet, I still have two car payments.
