Caption: Minion, I've noticed several of the patrons are working on their laptops, tablets and phones. Yeah, that's what people do in cafes, boss. Are you aware, minion, that states and municipalities regularly tax people who conduct business within their borders? I don't see why the state should have a monopoly on taxation. Do you, minion? Inform the patrons they've missed the cafe's April 15th filing deadline, so there will be penalties. If the government can be "We the People," Armstrong Maynard can be "Me the Government." Very bad man.

Caption: I was in a riot a few weeks ago. Did you see me on TV? What're you talking about? I heard there was going to be trouble at the Pumpkin Fest in Keene, New Hampshire. So I hopped on a plane. It was tense. On one side, you had the pumpkin community. On the other side, the sweet potato advocates. That's when it all exploded. STOP! Riots are supposed to be about serious issues! Injustice! Racism! Corrupt local governments! Out-of-control police! Walgreens running out of Metamucil! There were fists, tear gas and pumpkin bits everywhere. STOP!!! Rudy, the situation was tense enough without outside agitators like you.

Caption: Meanwhile in an alternative universe where the response to the New Orleans flood was competent … Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Rather than playing golf today, the president sent the National Guard to new Orleans to join rescue efforts which -- instead of being haphazard -- were the result of years of careful planning by local officials. Tuesday evening ... Congress has granted the president emergency powers. The president has ordered police departments across the nation to contribute helicopters and pilots for food drops and to rescue citizens from rooftops. Thousands of national guardsmen have begun arriving in New Orleans. Wednesday, August 31, 2005. The sky is filled with helicopters. The president has ordered Greyhound to send all area buses to New Orleans and calls on truck owners in the region to volunteer evacuate the desperate citizens. Instead of condemning people for taking what they need to survive, the White House has ordered National Guard troops to crack down only on those looting non-essentials. Instead of blaming the victims. the head of FEMA has noted that the poor didn't have the resources to evacuate the city. Thursday September 1, 2005. New Orleans has been devastated, but quick action by authorities gave people enough hope that few resorted to violence. It could have been much worse. And instead of spending thousands of dollars on shoes in New York, Condoleezza Rice is doing her job.

Caption: Susan meets with her new client, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin. We're looking for a whole new image. We want something that says, "So what if I didn't provide enough buses to evacuate the poor?" We want something that says, "We didn't plan for enough drivers, so we couldn't use those 200 empty school buses." We want something that says, "Sure you suffered, but at least you weren't rescued by unqualified bus drivers." The client from hell.
