Caption: It's funny how just one or two lines from a movie can bring on strong emotions. Like in the movie "Babe" when the farmer says, "That'll do, pig. That'll do." I start bawling every time. It works out of context too. Like when I'm demolishing an entire plate of brownies. I'll say, "That'll do, pig. That'll do."

Caption: Yesterday I bought some socks at the store. It came to $19.51. So I said to the clerk, hey . . . 1951! That was the year Harry Truman fired General MacArthur. She looked at me with a blank stare, so I had to explain to her all about MacArthur and Truman and the Korean War. I was in the express line, so I had to give her the Reader's Digest version, but she didn't seem very interested. And before I could finish, the people in line behind me began getting upset and starting to mutter, so I had to cut it short. So, anyway, I'm not allowed in the express line anymore.

Caption: You're coloring outside the lines, Grampa. I am? Yeah, Way outside! Well, coloring inside the lines is all very well and good, Nelson. But really creative people can't be restricted by lines. They color wherever they feel like it. That's what real artists do. Are you a real artist? Not exactly. I just have bad bifocals.
