Caption: Am I paranoid, doc? I interviewed FCC Chairman Ajit Pai the other day … Dr. Noodle. I asked why he's so bent on killing net neutrality when it's the only thing stopping internet service providers from picking and choosing which websites we see. He said there's no evidence they do that. I said "Yeah, that's because net neutrality rules have forbidden them from doing that." All of a sudden our Skype conversation slowed to a crawl. First we should examine the possibility he was talking in slow motion just to mess with you.

Caption: Let's watch "Lou Grant" on Hulu. "Lou Grant"? Ain't that that show your momma used to watch when we was kids? Yeah. I ran out of things to watch, so I figured I'd finally check out some of the shows that bored me to death when I was young. It was really depressing. If it was depressin', why you wanna watch it? I mean it's depressing how good it is. Our parents' generation had writers and actors who knew how to use mature, flawed characters to tell stories that really examined human nature in all its intricacies. And it's set in a major newspaper back when they were still widely read and mostly family-owned, and saw what they did as a calling. When I think of all the time I wasted watching "Sesame Street" when I could've watched this ... I don't watch nothin' older than the milk in my fridge, bruh. That's policy.

Caption: What's the matter with you? That. That what? I was zoning out, existing in a blissful limbo, unaware of the passage of time and space: oblivious to my own condition. But because an observer suspects something is wrong with me, I'm actively examining myself. And if I fail to find a problem, I'm likely to concoct one in order to furnish the observer with an answer ... Or you could just say "nothing." Nothing!

Caption: The judge denied our request for a DNA test, so there's no way to prove Lionel is your son. What? Why?! Roxanne claimed it violated her religion. She says she's a Teteoinnan … … and that their ancient Aztec scriptures dictate only the MOTHER GODDESS can examine our DNA under electron microscopes. People are always reading scripture however the #$%* they want to.

Caption: Sasha Mitchell, my "one who got away" from college, just Facebooked me. I'm not sure I should write back. You can either use this Sasha Mitchell as a drug to help distract you from your disastrous relationship with your evil ex … … or you can take time to really examine your life and figure out what YOU need in order to have a happy, healthy relationship. There are lots of good drugs. Aspirin ... Tums ... Fascinating.
