Caption: You know why I'm optimistic about the future, Susan? The movies. When I was a kid, everyone thought "Mad Max" and "Red Dawn" were possible futures. That's because all were certain that, sooner or later, we and the Russians would nuke each other, and only mutants, robots and guys wearing leather would survive. We don't see post-apocalyptic movies as documentaries anymore. You don't think that's just 'cause we're grown? Pessimist.

Caption: What make you think I stole your Netflix password, Big L? My "recommended for you" section used to be stuff like "The Color Purple," "1984" and "The Godfather." But this morning it was "Soul Plane," "Bebe's Kids" and a documentary on "Gilligan's Island." I didn't steal no Netflix password, an' I'm offended at the accusation. Did you know Archie Bunker auditioned for the roll of "the Skipper"? I'm changing all my passwords.

Caption: I just saw "The Business of Being Born." Ever seen that? What that is? It's a documentary about how birth doesn’t need to be treated like an illness. Did you know America has a really high infant mortality rate, even though we have the costliest birth procedures in the world? Did you know the drugs they pump into women in hospitals may be really bad for both mother and child? Did you know we MEN, so that don't have spit to do with us? YOU WERE BORN, WEREN'T YOU?! That's momma business, not mine.

Caption: VH1 presents Where Are They Now? The Some-People Story: Part Two. The time was 2009, and the straw man called "some people" had hit rock bottom. I want to take your guns. Yawn. Nobody was paying attention and he collapsed in an orgy of booze-fueled self-pity. The former Titan of the false-argument industry tried to end it all. Eat me! Why won't you eat me?! Squawk? But there's a season for everything, and soon "some people's" fortunes were about to change. No, I don't know what you're talking about. Turn off that camera. Dubble Cross Health Insurance CEO. With a new name and a new purpose, he was back in the saddle again. Gimme your Grandma! I'm gonna kill her! I'm gonna kill her! AAAAAH!!! What else is on? I'm gonna use your tax dollars to pay for illegal immigrant's vaccinations! Oh dear God! NNOOO!!!

Caption: Hello, you've reached CNN. Finally! Lemont Brown, Candorville Courier. I want to ask why Larry King canceled Michael Moore's discussion of our healthcare system in order to talk to Paris Hilton. I've been on hold for a whole week, by the way. Oh my, let me find out why that happened. Hold, please. @#$%!

Caption: Secretary Rumsfeld, is Iraq embroiled in a civil war? Oh, my… Is there constant carnage between difference sects? YOU BET! But is it a civil war? Are they wearing blue or grey uniforms? No. Is there a Ken Burns documentary about it? Absolutely not. ...so I don't think you can it a classic "civil war" at this point.
