It's like the Buddhists be sayin' … The reality we think we experience is actually just a picture of reality we construct with out mind. You goin' die soon? Uh-uh, "soon" don’t exist. The future just a picture. You in jail? No you ain't. Those bars you see is just a picture in your mind. Thug 4 Life. You can turn prison bars into a garden, just by running Photoshop on them in your head. Thug 4 Life. Whatever. I need those $250 you owe me. Caption: All of the women I've dated in the past year pale in comparison to Kelly, because they don’t want me the way Kelly wanted me. Dr. Noodle. I can't settle for someone who doesn’t say she couldn’t live without me, that she'd die if she couldn’t smell my scent, taste my lips ... Like Kelly did. I can't settle for someone who doesn't say she loves me more than her family, more than her work, even more than God. Like Kelly did. Interesting, then, that she kept disappearing for months at a time, never once came to visit you, and only gave you a couple hours of her time when you'd visit her. Does that incongruity tell you anything? Like what? Like maybe NOBODY can ever want you "like Kelly did." Not even Kelly.

Caption: You know the worst thing about the Trayvon Martin killing? The way people started tripping all over themselves to pretend it wasn't racial, and to make him look like the villain just because he wore a hoodie and made some typical dumb teenage mistakes. Or maybe the worst part is that that's what America always does when it comes to victims like Trayvon. Oh, I thought the worst part is that Trayvon is gone. Um ... That too.

Caption: Trayvon Martin's train to the afterlife makes a pit-stop at the Starbucks at the end of the world. I stop here for all kids. In the blink of an eye … You'll live every possible life you could've had. Go on. I'll be here waiting when you're done.

Caption: Lemont tells Trayvon Martin he's on the train to the afterlife. But I'm not done! Make it stop! Please?! I can't. this train stops for absolutely nothing. We'll not be making a pit-stop at Starbucks. What?! Is everything commercial now?! This is that Starbucks at the end of the world, where everything that's been lost can be found again. Including ... everything that could have been, but never was. "Including unrealized potential" would've been more concise. I don't tell you how to do your job. Think they got Skittles up in there?

Caption: Don't you wish you could've gone out on top? Don't you wish you could've had a huge comeback before the end? My family and friends never stopped surrounding me with love. I'd say that means I did go out on top. And I'm about to have the biggest comeback there is. I was thinking more like something I could download on my iPod.

Comic/Cartoon: Candorville

Image Number: 76740
Caption: It's ok. You can use my struggle and my death as a teachable moment. You're only talking about your image of me, not the real me. You may have had a poster of me on your wall, but … you weren't with me to see me mature and see how truly blessed I felt. My songs may have connected with you deep in your soul, but ... you don't know me. I was actually more of a Prince fan. Not. At all. My point.

Caption: Whitney Houston visits Lemont's dream. Does all the talk about your battles with addiction bother you? I saw Nancy Grace on tv right after you died. She implied you O.D.'d or something. She said you showed up to a party all glammed up, and then when you left you were disheveled and sweaty. That just tells me Nancy Grace has never been to a party.

Image Number: 76738
Caption: Whitney Houston visits Lemont's dream. Why'd it have to end so soon? It always ends soon. I don't mean to sound selfish, but … I'm sick of the artists I love dying on me when they had so much left to give me. That doesn't sound selfish at all. When you see Michael Jackson and Octavia Butler, tell them I said thanks for nothing!

Caption: What's wrong? The appeals court declared California's proposition 8 unconstitutional. I thought you'd be thrilled about that. When the AP app on my iPhone first told me, I thought "Right on." A half hour later, the MSNBC app on my phone told me the same thing. And I thought "Man, you guys are slow. That's old news." America's attention span is dead, Susan. And we wonder why newspapers are dying. 30 minutes might as well be a whole week.

Caption: On Today's Sunday Morning Political Show, we have -- BOOOO! Um ... We have the audience from the last few republican presidential debates. The ones who booed a gay soldier ... ... Cheered at the thought of a hypothetical comatose man dying because he has no health insurance ... ... And errupted with joy at the mere mention that Rick Perry executed people. ... Lots of people. Thank you for joining us, debate audience. I don't deserve to be here. I've been bad. I've gotten used to the notion that we're all in this society together. Whip me. Take away my unemployment insurance ... Um ... We'll be right back. Let my HMO deny me because of pre-existing conditions again! I deserve it! Punish me!
