Caption: People see me as a heartless, miserly man whose pursuit of money leaves him with no room for personal relationships. It's taken me a long time to cultivate that image, Randy. But sometimes, when I'm home alone in the cold of the night, I long to feel a warm, comforting body beside me. That's why I've started warming my life-size doll made of $20 bills in the microwave. Is that weird? To each his own.

Caption: Boss, it's freezing in the café. It's like 20 degrees. Excellent. But we're not quite there yet. Go into the basement and tell Gunther to pedal faster or I revoke his work visa. Industrial grade air conditioners don't power themselves, after all. As soon as you see a customer turn blue, raise prices on the hot cocoa. Very bad man.

Caption: Let's play a word association game. I'll start. "Cat." 97 cents worth of raw carbon, iron, calcium and fur. Let's not play a word association game. That was fun. Let's do it again sometime.

Caption: America's a great place. But you know what it doesn't have? Moscow? Wrong. No, I'm pretty sure Moscow isn't in the United States. Unless you count that city in Idaho. But you have to wonder why people in the "Heartland" didn't change the name during the Cold War. Why do they call the middle the "Heartland" when the heart is on the left side of the chest? America doesn't have focus, is what I was going to say.

Caption: Okay, dictation monkey, can you read back to me my Hypochondriac's Handbook Rules To Live By? Not really. While you were talking, I was pretending to type what you said, but I was actually playing a video game on my phone. I can't strangle you because I don't want to touch your cold-and-flu ridden corpus. One of those moments I just relish.

Caption: Hypochondriac's rule #6: Take care with utensils. Meaning don’t share forks with sick people? Aim them carefully. The moment you see someone coughing, start throwing spoons, forks, ladles, salad tongs, nutcrackers. Aim to maim so they can't get within breathing distance. Ladles?

Caption: I think the best thing about this whole Russia stuff is the movies. Interesting hypothesis. Think about it: the best action movies we ever had were the cold war ones, like "Wargames," "The Manchurian Candidate," "The Day After," etc … They were doubly cool because we had the added thrill of not knowing whether the real-life Russia would blow us to smithereens before the credits rolled. I'm thinking of pitching a sequel to "The Day After." It's called "And The Day After That." I'd like to amend my earlier statement.

Caption: Looks like Vladimir Putin's single-handedly restarting the cold war. Heh-heh … You said "Putin." He's invaded Georgia, he's invaded the Ukraine … He's trying to get the old band back together again. Say "Putin" again. Do you have any idea how much this changes everything, minion? During cold war 1, I was too young to get in on the action. By the time I had cornered the market on nuclear fallout antidote, the cold war was over. The kindergarteners all demanded their lunch money back. Ingrates. I never thought I'd get a second chance, Rudy. Is "Blueberry Radiation-Shielding Muffins" catchy enough? I was twelve before I figured out "iron curtain" wasn't a household chore.

Caption: Holiday Poem Week. You want me to rhyme something in this @#$% space? I'll do it on one condition, sad sack. Keep your germs away from my breathing space! Bah humbug, from a hypochondriac. Really, wash your hands, people.
