Caption: Lots of personal improvement classes are going on down there. The white blood cells are teaching a self-defense class. The neuron is instructing others about improving communication skills. And a proton and cornea cell have teamed up to teach a class on staying focused and positive! Is the helium atom participating in any of this? No, he thinks he's above it all!

Caption: There's some grumbling going on down there. The muscle fibers are complaining about getting stuck with all the heavy lifting. LDL is tired of getting called "bad" cholesterol, and the blood cells don't like all the traveling they have to do in their job. A little speck is trying to convince the brain these bad attitudes are all in the head. A little speck? Yeah, a proton is telling the brain he can take charge of the situation with the power of positive thinking!

Caption: It's busy at the amusement park. The adrenaline's been having fun on the roller coaster, but the stomach cell looks queasy on the tilt-a-whirl! The hormones are going into the tunnel of love again, and the helium atoms are heading toward the complaint booth. They're saying the parachute drop didn't work for them. Any other problems down there? Yeah, the white blood cells are being kicked out. Apparently they tried to attack the staph!

Caption: Adrenaline is flowing down there with lots of last-minute, panicked Christmas shoppers! The DNA is frantically looking for heirlooms that'll be passed on in succeeding generations. It seems no price is too high for the helium atom - it's buying everything! Meanwhile, the neutron can't charge and hasn't been able to buy a single gift! Tempers are getting short! A big nerve angered other shoppers by blatantly cutting in the checkout line! And there's a quarrel over a parking spot with a white blood cell threatening a bacterium if it doesn't leave! The brain cells appear to be the only ones enjoying the holidays! Of course, they did all their shopping in September!

Caption: It's a football Sunday down there! The endorphins stayed at the tailgate party and are missing a great game! Seconds to go, and our team is down by two points! The coaching staph has sent in a play, and the neuron is calling the signals. The defense expected an adrenaline rush, but they lofted a high pass to a helium atom! Time for one more play! Yay! Woo hoo! Are they close enough to try a field goal? I think so, they're surrounded by blood cells! Yes! They're in the red zone!

That adrenaline molecule is energizing its supporters, and the intestine cell is saying it's the best candidate to eliminate waste! Those antibodies are supporting establishment candidates by attacking outsider political newcomers. And the O-negative blood is supporting everybody, giving money to all the candidates! The bluebloods are pushing tax cuts for the rich… and the nerve fibers are part of the communications lobby! The carbohydrates and sugar molecules are working on energy subsidies, as usual. Caption: Welcome to the Bio Bowl! It's a matchup of two old rival blood types. The AB's and the O's. The AB's are favored with their strong defense --- Their cholesterol really clogs things up and their white blood cells swarm all over anything entering their territory. Amoeba Company Sports. Abdomen. Spleen. Down on the field they're going through warm-ups. I've never seen so many muscle fibers in one place! And the adrenaline is really starting to flow as we near the kickoff! This game has something for everybody! The brain cells enjoy analyzing the strategy ... The excitement gets the endorphins going and we even have lots of cloned cells in the TV audience! Cloned cells? Sure, they love the instant replays!

Well, that takes care of his medical problems, but now he has to get his insurance company to pay for all this! Caption: Biolab. It looks like they're having a meeting to talk about their communication problems -- Lots of complaining going on. They say the brain cells use too many big words and the hormones are so emotional nobody can talk sense to them. The white blood cells are too combative and the heart muscles are never available. They're working all the time! The nerve cells are the worst of all --- Always giving directions to everybody else, telling them what to do! The meeting is going nowhere now --- They're taking another break ... They just ate, but the stomach cells decided it's time for snacks again! I'll second that motion!

Look -- That old blue blood and the young, vibrant endorphin have started a May-December romance. And, surprisingly, the brain cell and the heart cell are going out together. Wow! That is a big change! It seems like those two never see things the same way! Another change is the nerve fiber ... He's a lot calmer since he started dating that laid-back tryptophan molecule. But we still have lots of work to do. Like what? Like finding a match for the DNA molecule. That's one in a billion! Listen to these components! … Three kinds of blood vessels, five different senses, 206 bones, 400 muscles, more than 14 billion nerve cells and over 100 trillion other cells... No wonder they can't get organized! Considering how little they can actually do, they certainly are complicated! I'm not surprised ... Darwin.
